So we built a community where athletes can find real perspective, real support, and grow through the transition to what’s next — all backed by real people.

Our Story.

As a parent, I’ve encountered countless questions athletes face—how to prevent injuries, what to eat before a game, how do I approach a coach, or how to stay mentally strong. As a father of two girls, I know I can’t always relate to their experiences in a male-dominated space. I realized that if my daughters had these questions, so did thousands of female athletes.

That’s why I started EmpowHER Athlete Collective. I wanted to create a place where girls, like my girls, could find answers, share experiences, and learn from each other. Jim Collins once said, “Great vision without great people is irrelevant.” That’s why I’ve brought together the best people to help you navigate your athletic journey.

In sports, chaos and uncertainty are guaranteed. But with the right support system, you’re never alone. Whether you need tips on mental performance, nutrition, recruiting, or just a community of like-minded athletes, we’ve got you covered.

What started as an exposure and recruiting platform quickly revealed something bigger.

As we connected with athletes, we realized they needed more than visibility. They were looking for guidance, reassurance, and honest perspective on the parts of the journey that don’t always show up in highlights — confidence, pressure, change, and the transition to the next level.

That’s when we saw the power of community.

Social media could share moments, but it couldn’t provide the connection athletes were craving. So we shifted our focus and built EmpowHER Athlete — a place where athletes can grow through shared experience, real conversation, and consistent support as they step into what’s next.
